After Bungie left to do their own thing, the reins of the Halo franchise were given to 343 Industries by Microsoft. Starting from Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, the company has made all the mainline games of the series. So, how did they fare compared to Bungie? Not well, to be honest. Can You Play Halo Infinite Offline With Bots?
Halo Infinite has two modes – Campaign and Multiplayer. First, let’s talk about the Campaign mode. Players would be happy to know that, Halo Infinite supports offline play in the campaign mode. Although, you may need to have an internet connection to update the game. The rest of the game can be played from start to finish offline.
Now, when it comes to multiplayer, it is quite complicated. You see, 343 Industries did allow playing against bots, however, if you enter the game now, you will not be able to do that. Why? Because that mode, known as Bot Bootcamp which allowed you and your crew to go against bots, was recently removed by 343 in the Winter update. So, sadly no bot plays for you at this time. However, you can access the Custom Game menu and play the game with bots, offline.
