In Forza Horizon 5, the Player Houses are important to acquire since they provide you with a Garage for your car collection, access to the Forza Vista mode (which allows you to see your cars with Ray Tracing enabled), etc. Some of these houses are however, quite expensive and take quite a bit of time to collect credits for.
You can unlock and purchase these houses as you make progress through adventure mode. Here is a list that covers all the Forza Horizon 5 Player Houses locations and their prices:

Casa Bella Player House
It is located in the town of Mulegé, South-West of Mexico. It is one of the first houses a player attains for free after clearing the intro. Once you reach the first Horizon Adventure chapter, which happens after you complete the first Showdown and complete some Accolades, you are rewarded with the Casa Bella house by Ramiro.Â

La Casa Solariega Player House
It is located near the ancient ruins of Teotihuacán. It is a house that costs 1.5 Million Credits or free under the Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership DLC. It unlocks for purchase right after unlocking Casa Bella.

Lugar Tranquilo Player House
It is located on the East coast, near the town of Playa Azul. It costs 700,000 Credits or Free under the Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership DLC. Just like La Casa Solariega, it unlocks for purchase right after unlocking Casa Bella.

Buenas Vistas Player House
It is located on the West coast. It costs 2 Million Credits, making it one of the most expensive properties in the game. You can unlock it after completing the Horizon Wilds Expedition.

La Cabana Player House
It is located around the West Coast. It costs 150,000 Credits, making it one of the most affordable houses in the game. You can unlock it after completing the Horizon Baja Expedition.

- The 1968 Renault 4L Export Barn Find rumour comes from La Cabaa, and it’s a valuable find that will more than make up for the purchase price for many players.
Hotel Castillo Player House
It is located in the north of the map overlooking Guanajuato. It is the most expensive property in the game, which costs a total of 5 Million Credits. You can unlock it after completing the Horizon Street Scene Expedition.

Buena Esperanza Player House
It is located on the South-east corner of the map. It costs 700,000 Credits. You can unlock it after completing the Horizon Apex Expedition, which takes place in the jungle and includes stops at Ek’ Balam and Tulum.
