Pearl Abyss, the developers behind the massively popular MMORPG Black Desert Online have been very busy lately developing their upcoming games. Currently, the South-Korean video game studio is making three big games. Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure game that is set to launch on PC and consoles. Taking inspiration from Pokemon and other monster-collecting games, Pearl Abyss is developing Doke V. Lastly, Plan 8 is a third-person MMO shooter, also in active development. Besides all this, the company is also providing support for the game that made all this possible – Black Desert Online. The mobile version titled, Black Desert Mobile is also being supported by them.
Black Desert was Pearl Abyss’s first game since the studio was established by Kim Dae-il in 2010. After a slew of closed beta tests in 2013 and 2014, it entered open beta in December 2014. Finally, in 2015 the game saw its launch in South Korea, Japan, and Russia. And from next year onwards would go on to release in other regions too. The reception around the game was good. The impressive success of Black Desert Online would, later on, prompt the company to port BDO to consoles and mobile devices. Currently, it’s available on all platforms except the Switch, which is understandable since that console is starting to show its age.
How To Change Clothes & Character Appearance in Black Desert Online?
Before you can start, do note that to change your appearance, you will need to be present in a Safe Zone. Outside of a safe zone, it will be impossible to do so. Once you are in a safe zone, press the Esc key on your keyboard and head over to the Characters option. Next, select the Beauty option. Alter your character to your liking and select Apply.
Players can also use Value Packs to do the same. Although those value packs need to be purchased. Once they are active which is for 30 days, you can access the beauty salon for as many times as you like. These also give you other benefits like increased inventory slots, unlimited use of Merv’s Palette, and more.
