To log out of your Activision account on PS4, Xbox, and PC, all you need to do is go over to Activision’s official website. Once there, enter your correct credentials and log in to your account. Next, click on Profile, located in the upper right side corner. After that, you will see the Account Linking option and beside it the Linked Accounts option too.
Now you are ready to unlink our Activision account. Do note that you can only do this once in twelve months. For PS4, and Xbox you will notice the PlayStation Account and Xbox Live Account options.
