2) Now, scroll down to Windows Store Apps, and click on it, and select the Run the Troubleshooter option.

Step 3) Clear Store Cache Using Wsreset Command

1) Here, the first thing to do is navigate to the Windows search box and search Wsrest and click on the result.

2) Now, wait for the black screen to clear out, after which Microsoft Store will open.

1) First, go to the Windows Start Menu and click on Settings.

2) Now click on Update and Security and check for the latest Windows Updates.

3) Wait for the update to complete, then install the game.

Step 5) Reset Store App

2) Then go to the search box and type in Store, then click on Microsoft Store and then Advanced Options.

Step 6) Set Startup type of Windows Update Service, Microsoft Store Install Service And Background Intelligence Transfer Service to Automatic

1) Open the Windows search box, type in services, and click on the result.

2) Now find the Windows Update Service on the displayed list and double click on it, then select Automatic under Start up type and Apply.

3) Then, find Microsoft Install Service, double click on it, then select Automatic under Startup type and Apply.

4) Next, find Background Intelligent Transfer Service, double click on it, then select Automatic under Startup type and Apply. Do the same for all Xbox Services and then install the game.

5) Ensure Xbox Identity Provider is installed on your PC by clicking this link. This will promptly open the Microsoft Store where you can either click on the Install or Update option for the application.

Step 7) Delete Windows Store Local Cache File

1) Open File Explorer and click on This PC, open C; Drive, and then the Users folder.

2) Now head to the following directory- Users\Your username\Appdata\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe.

3) Here, find the LocalCache folder, make a right click on it, then select Delete. Try to install the game after this.

Step 8) Run Powershell Command

1) First, type in Powershell on the Windows Search bar, right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator.

2) Now paste this command; “Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}” and hit the Enter Key.

3) When the process is complete, try installing the game.

Step 9) Uninstall & Reinstall Microsoft Store

1) Go to the Windows Search Bar and input Powershell, right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator.

2) Paste this command; “Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage“, then Enter.

3) Now restart PC and open Powershell and paste this command; “Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}“. This will reinstall Microsoft Store, from where you will install the game.

Step 10) Run Inetcpl.Cpl Command

Type in inetcpl.cpl on the Windows search box and click on the result. Click on the Advanced tab and mark all available TLS settings boxes and click on Apply.

Step 11) Use Xbox App

Type in Xbox App on the Windows search bar, open it and search the game there. Now click on the game, and install it. Ensure the same account used on Xbox App is used for Microsoft Store as well.

Step 12) Reinstall Microsoft Gaming Services

1) To do this, open Powershell with Admin rights and copy this command; “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers“. This will uninstall Microsoft Gaming Services.

2) Now, to install it again, copy the given command- start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN and hit Enter.

3) Click on the Install option and you are set.
